Veneer and EWP:

Hawaii Island Hardwoods is excited to offer a variety of Engineered Wood Products (EWP). Our EWP are manufactured from portions of the highest quality timber and subsequently processed on the Big Island and/or sent to affiliates locally or on the mainland for developing sawn or sliced veneers. Our affiliates use state-ofthe- art machinery in the manufacturing of our EWP.

These technologically advanced products only use a fraction of the volume used to manufacture solid wood products. HIH has the ability to supply both sliced and sawn veneers to wrap our species around moldings, lay-up on both plywood and LVL core, and laminate to floor stock.
